Return & Refund Policy

1. Warranty

All products come with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.


2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 35 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

3. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. After that, cancellation is no longer available. If you still don’t want the item after delivery, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, significantly delayed, or confirmed lost.
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping to our designated warehouse in Texas (6000 Chandler Road, Hutto, TX, 78634)

 

5. Evidence Requirement
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue before a return, refund, or replacement is approved.
This helps us assess the issue and provide a faster resolution.


6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, or once sufficient evidence has been provided for non-return cases, refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.


7. Late Deliveries

We automatically issue a 10% partial refund when a delay is confirmed. Customers may still contact us for assistance if needed.


8. Lost Packages

If an order is confirmed lost during transit, we will issue a 100% full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including proactively processing it once the loss is confirmed.
