1. 90 Day Warranty

All products include a 90-day warranty for manufacturer’s defects.

If we send you a defective product, you are eligible for a free return.

2. Return Window

You have 35 days from receipt of your order to return it.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free if the product is defective or arrived late.

If the product is not defective or late, you will be responsible for return shipping to our Texas warehouse.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 2 business days using the original payment method.

5. Late Deliveries

If your order is delivered late, we will deduct 10% off your order total.

6. Lost Packages

If your order is lost, we will issue a 100% refund.
