Why is your logo a snail?

Because we sell an item with the lowest fee than other with exchange for the slower shipping

How long have you been in business?

Our parent company has been in business since 2010 and we're based in Hutto, Texas.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet, but we do have free shipping and 35 day returns!

Who founded Kikbo?

Some crazy guys who wanted to offer the same quality products for less than Costco, Temu, Walmart, Amazon, and Ikea. Read more about them on our about page.

Do you handle tariffs?

Yes we pay all tariffs so you don't have to worry about it. We source from multiple countries and pay the import duties honestly and accurately with our customs broker.

Is Kikbo Dropshipping?

No. While we do not keep inventory of the products we sell (besides sample stock used for checking quality and taking photos and videos), we do not dropship. When we receive an order from our customers, we purchase it with our suppliers (distributors and factories), and then we manage all the logistics between our suppliers and our customers. Often, if not always, the goods pass through facilities we own and operate such as our warehouse in Texas and/or overseas facilities we contract with and rent. Please note that we offer a price-match guarantee, and you will not be able to find our products on sites like Aliexpress, because of how challenging it is to manage the logistics between our suppliers in Asia and the US. If you have further questions do not hesitate to ask.

Returns & Refund Questions

What is your return policy?

We offer a 35-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Who pays return shipping?

If it's our fault, we do. If you've changed your mind, we will provide you with a shipping label that you can use to return the products you purchased. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

What should I do if my item arrives late?

What carriers do you use for shipping?

We use UPS for all standard shipping orders and pallet delivery for large bulky deliveries. We use FedEx for expedited shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 4-8 weeks. The delivery time range will be shown on the product page.

How much does shipping cost?

Free for standard shipping (4-8 weeks). $249/order for expedited shipping (1-2 weeks).

How do I track my order?

We will provide a tracking number early in the process. It will activate when it is picked up by UPS or FedEx. It may take a few weeks before your tracking number activates because we need to deliver it to UPS.

Why is your shipping so slow?

The slowest shipping methods are the cheapest. We pass the savings on to you. If your order arrives late, we'll give you 10% off on your order or a free return.

Why are your products so cheap?

Our products are affordable mainly because we use slow, but inexpensive, sea shipping. We combine this with working directly with manufacturers and low profit margins to offer you products at prices lower than our competition.

Can I customize my order?

If you need a specific quantity we can definitely create a custom order for you.

How do you ensure good quality?

We partner with trusted factories, use reliable carriers, and carefully inspect our products to make sure you receive great quality at the best possible price.

What is the material of this product?

How do I care for this product?

Can I see this product in other colors?

You can check the product page to see all available colors. We are not doing custom colors at this time.

Do your products require assembly?

Some do. Some don't. This information will be on the product page.

Are your products child safe?

We cannot guarantee that they will be safe for children. After assembly, please inspect the product to make sure it cannot tip over and crush a child. If the product has drawers, please pull out the drawers when you do this check as the drawers may make it easier to tip over. Your product may require straps or bolts and an attachment to a wall. If that is the case, be sure to attach the furniture to the studs of the wall (these are the wooden posts behind the wall) and not to the drywall, which is not strong enough to sustain the weight of the furniture. Do you test for chemicals?

We are not testing the products we sell at this time. Please check the product description for the materials used.

Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay (pay in full or in installments).

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes. You can choose to pay in 4 equal installments every 2 weeks with no interest or fees.

Is my payment information secure?

We don't have access to it. It's all within Shopify and Stripe, two multi-100-billion dollar companies.

Order Questions

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can until it has shipped. Contact support@kikbo.com or text +1 (512) 348-6851 as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you really have all these products in stock?

They are in stock with us or our partner suppliers. If a product is delayed or not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible. Of course, if we cannot deliver the goods in good condition and on time, we will refund you.

Wholesale & Discount Questions

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?

Yes, we do. If you’re spending $1,000 or more, let us know and we might be able to offer you a further discount!

Do you offer credit terms eg net 30 or pay after 30 days?

Sorry, we do not offer credit terms such as Net 30. However, we do provide installment payment options at checkout.
